Want to Quit the Coffee?
Regular intake of caffeine creates physical dependence.
Often, when you quit, you experience grogginess, headaches and a feeling of malaise - these are common signs of withdrawal and usually disappear over the course of a week or two.
To lessen withdrawal symptoms, it is best to reduce caffeine intake slowly over two to four weeks.
Drink Ganoexcel - each cup has the equivalent of one sixth of a cup of coffee, PLUS Ganoderma, the Chinese longevity herb, that will enhance your mood.

Because caffeine is a stimulant, there are no good alternatives to get the mild jolt it provides, but it may help to sip something non-caffeinated, such as decaf coffee or uncaffeinated herbal tea, at the times when you used to have caffeine.
The drinking itself can provide some satisfaction.
