• A sprinkle of culinary fennel added to the food can cure flatulence.
• A small amount of organic plain yogurt or canned pumpkin in food can help solidify loose stool.
• Probiotics, especially dog and cat specific Enterococcus species, and prebiotics that feed gut cells such as acacia fiber or pumpkin, also help stop diarrhea and heal irritated digestive tracts.
